images, graphics, text, product names and designs are the exclusive
property of HELLBREED and are protected by applicable intellectual
property laws. Any reproduction, distribution or use without prior
written consent from HELLBREED is strictly prohibited.

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
The HELLBREED Fang Series muzzle is a novelty and costume product
intended for entertainment and photographic purposes only. It is
not a veterinary device, not a training tool, and not certified
safety equipment. HELLBREED is not responsible for any misuse of
the product or any reactions, incidents or damages resulting from
its use. By purchasing this product you agree to use it responsibly
and in accordance with all applicable local laws and regulations.

SAFE USE REQUIREMENTS
By purchasing you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Supervision — Never leave a dog unattended while wearing this
product. Never use it while the dog is crated, tethered, in a
vehicle alone, or sleeping.

Duration — This product is intended for short periods of use only.
Remove it immediately if the dog shows any sign of distress,
difficulty breathing, or overheating.

Heat and exertion — Do not use in hot weather or during intense
physical activity. The dog must be able to pant freely and drink
water at all times.

Not suitable for all dogs — This product is not suitable for
brachycephalic (flat-faced) breeds including but not limited to
Bulldogs, Pugs, Boxers, Boston Terriers and Shih Tzus. It is not
suitable for puppies, senior dogs, or any dog with a respiratory,
cardiac or dental condition.

Fit — It is the customer's responsibility to measure their dog and
select the correct size using our size guide. Check the fit before
every use. A product that is too tight can restrict breathing.

Behaviour — This product does not prevent bites and must not be
relied upon for that purpose. It is not a substitute for proper
training, supervision or veterinary guidance.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Use of this product is entirely at the customer's own risk. If you
have any doubt about whether this product is appropriate for your
dog, consult a licensed veterinarian before use.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
HELLBREED shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,
special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability
to use our products or services, including without limitation any
injury, illness, or death of an animal or person. All products are
sold "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those expressly
stated in our policies. To the maximum extent permitted by law,
HELLBREED's total liability shall not exceed the purchase price
paid for the product.

GOVERNING LAW
This legal notice and all related disputes shall be governed by
applicable commercial law in the jurisdiction where HELLBREED
operates.

CHANGES
HELLBREED reserves the right to update or modify this legal notice
at any time without prior notice. Continued use of this website
constitutes acceptance of any changes.
